To All Current Whalen Law Office Clients:
I hope this letter finds you and your family well. You have no doubt been receiving updates and communications from all kinds of sources recently, and even though we do not wish to inundate you with more letters, we wanted to send out something to all of our clients checking in with you and updating you with what we are hearing and doing.
As the global impact of the coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to unfold, Whalen Law Office has taken steps to protect the health and safety of our clients and employees. Because of this, we have temporarily closed our offices until April 3rd, 2020. However, rest assured that your case is not being neglected and we are still working hard to represent you. Whalen Law Office prides itself on always leveraging technology to provide the best representation for our clients. To that end, we have been able to continue working remotely with minimal interruption during this shutdown. Our entire staff will be working remotely from home and available by email and phone during our normal office hours of 8:30AM-5:30PM, Monday through Friday. We have full secured access to all of our files and data, so we are able to answer any questions you may have and handle any issues that may arise. If you are a current client who needs to speak with your attorney, please call our office to schedule a phone call. For potential new clients, we are offering telephonic consultations. We also have the capability to hold video conferences or consultations with any current or potential clients who themselves have the technology to participate.
