Whalen Law Office Welcomes Back Diana Wilson as Appellate Paralegal

Whalen Law Office is pleased to announce that Diana Wilson has returned to the firm as its Appellate Paralegal, marking the return of a valued team member who previously served the firm during the early years of her legal career.
Diana first joined Whalen Law Office in 2018 in Frisco, where she became known for providing dependable support to the firm’s attorneys and maintaining strong communication with clients. During her time with the firm, she assisted with drafting documents, coordinating schedules, preparing case materials, and helping ensure the office operated efficiently.
After relocating to Colorado, Diana continued to support the firm remotely in a contract capacity before recently returning to the team full-time. In her role as Appellate Paralegal, she assists attorneys with appellate case preparation, drafting and organizing legal documents, and supporting the firm’s work on complex appeals.
Diana earned her Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from the University of North Texas and holds a Master’s degree in Criminology from Texas A&M University–Commerce. She is an active member of the State Bar of Texas Paralegal Division and the Rocky Mountain Paralegal Association, reflecting her commitment to staying engaged with the evolving legal landscape.
Her return represents a meaningful milestone for the firm, bringing back a team member who understands Whalen Law Office’s collaborative approach and dedication to supporting clients through every stage of the legal process.
