A true Texan at heart, Misty D. Weaver brings a wealth of experience and dedication to the Whalen Law Office. Starting her career in Emergency Services across the DFW area, Misty has seamlessly merged her dynamic background with her role in the legal sphere.
Misty received her associate degree in emergency medicine that led her to teach paramedic courses at Texas A&M, along with a wide range of medical continuing education courses. Her passion extends beyond her profession; she has been a beacon in the community spearheading numerous volunteer organizations, especially those focusing on veterans and the homeless, and leading a women’s ministries for over eight years. Currently, she proudly serves as the lead coordinator for the Wreaths Across America organization at the Dallas-Ft. Worth National Cemetery.
With over 25 years of entrepreneurial spirit, she has successfully owned and operated multiple small businesses, further showcasing her versatility and dedication. At Whalen Law Office, Misty wears multiple hats, serving as the Executive Assistant to the entire legal team and undertaking the pivotal role of Marketing Director for the firm. Her unmatched dedication, combined with her diverse experience, makes her an integral part of our team.
